Rulings
If the only opponent who lost 3 life during the turn isn’t in the game at the beginning of that turn’s end step, the triggered ability will still trigger.
In a multiplayer game, the triggered ability will trigger no more than once a turn, even if multiple opponents lost 3 life during the turn.
