Steps
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Phyrexian Walker, adding .
- When Phyrexian Walker dies, Mortuary and Kels trigger.
- Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Phyrexian Walker on top of your library from your graveyard.
- Resolve the Kels trigger, causing you to pay to draw Phyrexian Walker from the top of your library.
- Cast Phyrexian Walker by paying .
- Repeat.
