Steps

1. 1Draw a card.
2. 2Queza and Wizard Class trigger for each card drawn.
3. 3Resolve all Queza triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life for each trigger.
4. 4Resolve the first Wizard Class trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Fetid Gargantua.
5. 5Fetid Gargantua triggers, causing you to draw two cards and lose 2 life.
6. 6Repeat from step 2.
