Steps

1. 1Activate Mishra's Bauble by tapping and sacrificing it, looking at the top card of a player's library and drawing a card at the beginning of the next turn's upkeep.
2. 2Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Myr Retriever.
3. 3Myr Retriever triggers, returning Mishra's Bauble from your graveyard to your hand.
4. 4Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Myr Retriever's power.
5. 5Cast Mishra's Bauble by paying .
6. 6Teshar triggers, returning Myr Retriever from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. 7Repeat.
