Prerequisites

• One of the artifact creatures must be on the battlefield, with the other in your graveyard.

Steps

1. 1Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing the artifact creature, adding .
2. 2When the artifact creature dies, it and Crime Novelist trigger.
3. 3Resolve the artifact creature's trigger, returning the other artifact creature from your graveyard to your hand.
4. 4Resolve the Crime Novelist trigger, adding and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
5. 5Cast the artifact creature from your hand by paying its mana cost.
6. 6Repeat.
