Prerequisites

• There are no other nonlegendary creatures in your library.
• You control an additional creature.
• You control nine or more permanents and/or have the city's blessing.
• Card that Creates One or More Creature Tokens Per Turn

Steps

1. 1During the end step prior to your turn, activate Jalira by paying , tapping it and sacrificing another creature, revealing Timestream Navigator from your library and putting it onto the battlefield.
2. 2If you don't have the city's blessing, Timestream Navigator gives you the city's blessing.
3. 3During your turn, create at least one creature token.
4. 4Activate Timestream Navigator by paying , tapping it and putting it from the battlefield onto the bottom of your library, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
5. 5Activate Jalira by paying , tapping it and sacrificing another creature, revealing Timestream Navigator from your library and putting it onto the battlefield.
6. 6Repeat from step 3 each turn.
