Steps

5. 5Let the copy of Dramatic Reversal resolve, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
6. 6Cast Narset's Reversal by paying .
7. 7Bonus Round triggers, causing you to copy Narset's Reversal and choose the original Narset's Reversal as its target.
8. 8Let the copy resolve, copying Narset's Reversal and returning it to your hand, and choosing Dramatic Reversal as its target.
9. 9Let the remaining Narset's Reversal copy resolve, copying Dramatic Reversal and returning it to your hand.
10. 10Activate nonland permanents by tapping them to add at least .
