Steps
- Cast The Prismatic Piper from the command zone by paying .
- Terror of the Peaks triggers, dealing 3 damage to any target opponent.
- Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing The Prismatic Piper.
- Choose to have The Prismatic Piper return to command zone.
- Resolve the Altar of Dementia's ability, causing target player to mill three cards.
- Repeat.
