Steps

4. 4Resolve the Orvar triggers, creating two token copies of Harmonic Prodigy.
5. 5Resolve Clockspinning, returning it to your hand.
6. 6Cast Clockspinning with buyback by paying , targeting Harmonic Prodigy.
7. 7Orvar triggers four times, and each Harmoic Prodigy triggers three times.
8. 8Resolve all Harmonic Prodigy triggers, giving each Harmonic Prodigy +3/+3 until end of turn.
9. 9Resolve all Orvar triggers, creating four token copies of Harmonic Prodigy.
