Prerequisites

• You have an additional instant and/or sorcery card in hand that has a single target

Steps

1. 1Cast the additional instant or sorcery by paying its mana cost, targeting a single target.
2. 2Holding priority, cast Radiate by paying , targeting that instant or sorcery.
3. 3Holding priority, cast Word of Seizing by paying , targeting any permanent.
4. 4Holding priority, activate Mischievous Quanar's morph ability by paying , turning it face-up.
5. 5Mischievous Quanar triggers, copying Radiate, targeting Word of Seizing.
6. 6Resolve the copy of Radiate, creating a copy of Word of Seizing targeting each other permanent.
7. 7Resolve all Word of Seizings, causing you to gain control of all permanents on the battlefield, and give them all haste until end of turn.
