Steps

1. 1Activate Garruk's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, creating two 2/2 Wolf creature tokens.
2. 2Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the Wolves, adding .
3. 3When the Wolves die, they trigger, putting two loyalty counters on each Garruk planeswalker you control.
4. 4Activate The Chain Veil by paying and tapping it, allowing an extra activation of your planeswalkers' loyalty abilities this turn.
5. 5Activate Ral Zarek's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, untapping The Chain Veil.
