3. 3Activate The Chain Veil by paying and tapping it, allowing you an additional activation of your planeswalkers' loyalty abilities this turn.
4. 4Activate Teferi's first ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, untapping The Chain Veil and causing you to gain two life.
