How it works
Prerequisites
- Altered Ego on the battlefield as a copy of Kiora's Follower.
- Kiora's Follower and Altered Ego do not have summoning sickness.
Steps
- Activate Kiora's Follower by tapping it, targeting Altered Ego.
- Deeproot Pilgrimage triggers, creating a 1/1 Merfolk creature token.
- Resolve the Kiora's Follower ability, untapping Altered Ego.
- Activate Altered Ego by tapping it, targeting Kiora's Follower.
- Deeproot Pilgrimage triggers, creating a 1/1 Merfolk creature token.
- Resolve the Altered Ego ability, untapping Kiora's Follower.
- Repeat.
