Steps

1. 1Cast Mind's Desire by paying .
2. 2Eye of the Storm goes onto the stack, exiling Mind's Desire, then casting a copy of Mind's Desire (storm count 1, two copies on the stack).
3. 3Hold priority and sacrifice Mirror (exiled by Rest in Peace), targeting Mirror and Mind's Desire.
4. 4Mirror resolves, exiling all cards in your library while making Mind's Desire and Mirror your new library.
5. 5Both copies of Mind's Desire resolve, casting Mirror and Mind's Desire (storm count 2/3, 3/4 copies on the stack).
6. 6Repeat, increasing the storm count any amount of times while reusing Mirror to reset the library, allowing to cast any spell through Mind's Desire.
