Steps

1. 1Activate Garth One-Eye by tapping it, causing you to pay to cast a copy of Black Lotus without paying its mana cost.
2. 2Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Garth One-Eye.
3. 3Repeat.
4. 4Once you have infinite Black Lotus tokens, you may sacrifice them for infinite mana, and then cast any other card except Shivan Dragon using Garth One-Eye's ability.
