Steps

1. 1Cast Lotus Petal by paying .
2. 2Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Tamiyo.
3. 3Activate Lotus Petal by tapping and sacrificing it, adding one mana of any color.
4. 4Activate Tamiyo's second loyalty ability by removing three loyalty counters from it, returning Lotus Petal from your graveyard to your hand.
5. 5Repeat.
