Steps

1. 1Activate Lotus Field by tapping it, adding three mana of any color.
2. 2Activate Isochron Scepter by paying and tapping it, casting a copy of Burst of Energy without paying its mana cost, targeting Isochron Scepter.
3. 3Chandra and Displacer Kitten trigger.
4. 4Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking Chandra.
5. 5Resolve the Chandra trigger, creating a copy of Burst of Energy, targeting Lotus Field.
6. 6Resolve both Burst of Energies, untapping Isochron Scepter and Lotus Field.
7. 7Repeat.
