Steps

1. 1Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying .
2. 2The Vision and Scarlet Witch and Displacer Kitten trigger.
3. 3Resolve the Vision and Scarlet Witch trigger, adding and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. 4Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking The One Ring.
5. 5Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield onto the top of your library.
6. 6Activate The One Ring by tapping it, putting a burden counter on it and causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library.
7. 7Repeat.
