Neera, Wild Mage + Displacer Kitten

Prerequisites

• An additional noncreature nonland card in hand.
• Every nonland card in library can be cast as a noncreature spell with valid targets.
• Enough mana available to cast the noncreature nonland card in hand.

Steps

1. 1Cast any noncreature spell, paying its costs.
2. 2Neera and Displacer Kitten trigger, as do any Storm abilities or other cast triggers of the spell.
3. 3Resolve Displacer Kitten's ability, blinking Neera.
4. 4Resolve Neera's ability, putting the spell you cast on the bottom of your library, revealing cards from the top of your library until you reveal a nonland card, casting that card without paying its mana cost, and putting the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
5. 5Repeat from step 2 any number of times, until you choose to resolve a spell in step 4.
6. 6Resolve all cast triggers created in step 2.
