Steps

1. 1Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Phyrexian Delver, adding one mana of any color.
2. 2Proper Burial triggers, causing you to gain life equal to Phyrexian Delver's toughness.
3. 3Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Junji, adding one mana of any color.
4. 4Proper Burial and Junji trigger.
5. 5Resolve the Proper Burial trigger, causing you to gain life equal to Junji's toughness.
6. 6Resolve the Junji trigger, causing you to lose 2 life and to put Phyrexian Delver from your graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.
7. 7Phyrexian Delver enters the battlefield, causing you to return Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield and lose five life.
8. 8Repeat.
