Steps

1. 1Cast Finale of Promise by paying , causing you to cast Twinflame from your graveyard without paying its mana cost and copying it twice, with all spells targeting Biovisionary.
2. 2Resolve all Twinflames, creating three token copies of Biovisionary.
3. 3At the beginning of your end step, each Biovisionary you control triggers, and Twinflame triggers three times.
4. 4Resolve the first Biovisionary trigger, causing you to win the game.
