Steps

1. 1Activate Cinderhaze Wretch's first ability by tapping it.
2. 2Activate Cinderhaze Wretch's second ability by putting a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. 3Nest of Scarabs triggers, creating a creature token.
4. 4When the creature token enters, Elegant Entourage triggers, giving Cinderhaze Wretch +1/+1 until end of turn.
5. 5Resolve the Cinderhaze Wretch ability from step 2, untapping it.
6. 6Repeat.
