Steps
- Activate Spike Feeder's second ability, removing a +1/+1 counter from Spike Feeder and gaining 2 life.
- Target Spike Feeder with Heliod, Sun-Crown's ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
- Repeat for infinite lifegain.
