Steps

1. 1Cast Charming Scoundrel by paying .
2. 2When Charming Scoundrel enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating a Wicked Role token attached to it.
3. 3Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Charming Scoundrel, adding .
4. 4Charming Scoundrel is returned to your hand instead of being put into your graveyard due to Necromancer's Magemark.
5. 5The Wicked Role token that was attached to Charming Scoundrel triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life.
6. 6Repeat.
