Steps

1. 1Activate Chromatic Orrery's first ability by tapping it, adding .
2. 2Activate Minamo's second ability by paying and tapping it, targeting itself.
3. 3Rings of Brighthearth triggers, causing you to pay to copy Minamo's ability, targeting Chromatic Orrery.
4. 4Resolve both Minamo abilities, untapping it and Chromatic Orrery.
5. 5Repeat.
6. 6Once you have infinite mana, you may target any other permanent using Minamo's ability, or you may use Chromatic Orrery's second ability to draw infinite cards if you control a colored permanent.
