Steps

- When Skitterbeam Batallion enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating two token copies of itself.
- Cast the other creature with mana value 9 for its emerge cost by paying and sacrificing a Skitterbeam Batallion token.
- Brinelin triggers, returning the nontoken Skitterbeam Batallion from the battlefield to your hand.
- Cast Skitterbeam Batallion for its emerge cost by paying and sacrificing a Skitterbeam Batallion token.
- Repeat from step 2.
