Steps

1. 1Activate another creature you control, which is a Food due to Ygra, by tapping and sacrificing it, adding one mana of any color.
2. 2Ygra and Experimental Confectioner trigger.
3. 3Resolve the Ygra trigger, putting two +1/+1 counters on it.
4. 4Resolve the Experimental Confectioner trigger, creating a 1/1 Rat creature token.
5. 5Repeat.
