How it works

You control a Voja token.
Thornbite Staff attached to Tolsimir.

Steps

Activate Tolsimir by tapping it, creating a 2/2 Voja legendary creature token.
Put all but one Voja into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
The Voja dies, triggering Tolsimir, untapping Tolsimir.
Repeat.
