How it works

Prerequisites

Kwain does not have summoning sickness.

Steps

Activate Kwain by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and gain 1 life, and allowing each opponent to draw a card and gain 1 life.
The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste.
When the Insect enters the battlefield, Intruder Alarm triggers, untapping all creatures.
Repeat.
