How it works

Prerequisites

You control at least one additional creature.

Steps

Activate Carnage Altar by paying and sacrificing any other creature, causing you to draw a card.
The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste.
The Insect enters the battlefield, triggering Mana Echoes, adding at least .
