How it works

Prerequisites

You control a token.

Steps

Activate Hardened Tactician by paying and sacrificing a token, causing you to draw a card.
The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste.
When the Insect enters the battlefield, Mana Echoes triggers, adding for each Insect you control.
Repeat.
