Steps

1. 1Activate Manascape Refractor using Inkmoth Nexus' second ability by paying .
2. 2Kurkesh triggers, choose not to pay.
3. 3Resolve the Manascape Refractor ability, causing it to become a 1/1 Blinkmoth artifact creature until end of turn.
4. 4Declare Manascape Refractor as an attacker.
5. 5Holding priority, activate Maze of Ith by tapping it, untapping Manascape Refractor.
6. 6Activate Manascape Refractor using Maze of Ith's ability by tapping it, targeting itself.
7. 7Kurkesh triggers, causing you to pay to copy Manascape Refractor's ability, targeting Manascape Refractor.
8. 8Resolve the copy of Manascape Refractor's ability, untapping it.
9. 9Activate Manascape Refractor using Lotus Field's ability by tapping it, adding .
10. 10Resolve the original Manascape Refractor ability from step 6, untapping it.
