Prerequisites

• Zaxara does not have summoning sickness.

Steps

1. 1Activate Zaxara by tapping it, adding .
2. 2Cast Wurmcalling with buyback by paying .
3. 3Zaxara triggers, creating two 0/0 Hydra creature tokens.
4. 4The Hydras enter the battlefield and die as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness.
5. 5Faces of the Past trigger twice.
6. 6Resolve the first trigger, untapping all Hydras.
7. 7Activate Zaxara by tapping it, adding .
8. 8Resolve the second Faces of the Past trigger, untapping all Hydras.
9. 9Resolve Wurmcalling, creating a 0/0 Wurm creature token and returning Wurmcalling to your hand.
10. 10The Wurm enters the battlefield and dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness.
11. 11When the Wurm dies, Faces of the Past triggers, either tapping or untapping all Wurms.
12. 12Repeat.
