Steps

1. 1Cast Endless Swarm by paying .
2. 2Eye of the Storm and Hive Mind trigger.
3. 3Resolve the Eye of the Storm trigger, exiling Endless Swarm, and then copying each instant and sorcery card exiled with Eye of the Storm, and allowing you to cast the copies without paying their mana costs.
4. 4Choose not to cast the copy of Endless Swarm as permitted by Eye of the Storm.
5. 5Resolve the Hive Mind trigger from step 2, causing each opponent to copy Endless Swarm.
6. 6Resolve the first opponent's copy of Endless Swarm, causing them to create a 1/1 Snake creature token for each card in their hand, and then be unable to cast spells for the rest of the game.
7. 7The Snakes enter the battlefield and die as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness.
8. 8Repeat from step 6 for each remaining Endless Swarm copy.
9. 9At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, their copy of Endless Swarm triggers, copying itself.
10. 10Resolve the copy of Endless Swarm, causing the opponent to create a 1/1 Snake creature token for each card in their hand.
11. 11The Snakes enter the battlefield and die as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness.
12. 12Repeat from step 9.
