Steps

1. 1At the beginning of combat on your turn, Helm of the Host triggers, creating a nonlegendary copy of Carth the Lion with haste.
2. 2Cast Nexus of Fate by paying , causing you to take an extra turn after this one and shuffle Nexus of Fate into your library.
3. 3After combat, activate Liliana Vess's second loyalty ability by removing zero loyalty counters from it, searching your library for Nexus of Fate, then shuffling your library and putting it on top.
4. 4Move to your next turn, drawing Nexus of Fate during your draw step.
5. 5Repeat each turn, adding additional loyalty counters during step 3 as you accumulate copies of Carth the Lion.
