- When Eidolon of Philosophy dies, Mortuary and Ashiok's Reaper trigger.
- Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Eidolon of Philosophy on top of your library from your graveyard.
- Resolve the Ashiok's Render trigger, causing you to draw Eidolon of Philosophy from your library.
- Cast Eidolon of Philosophy by paying .
- Repeat.
