Steps

1. 1Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Karmic Guide.
2. 2When Karmic Guide dies, Zulaport Cutthroat triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and each opponent to lose 1 life.
3. 3Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
4. 4Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Junji.
5. 5When Junji dies, it and Zulaport Cutthroat trigger.
6. 6Resolve the Zulaport Cutthroat trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and each opponent to lose 1 life.
7. 7Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Karmic Guide from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life.
8. 8When Karmic Guide enters, it triggers, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield.
9. 9Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
10. 10Repeat.
