Steps

1. 1Cast Reincarnation by paying its mana cost.
2. 2Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
3. 3When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Reincarnation, with the copy targeting Naru Meha.
4. 4Resolve the copy of Reincarnation.
5. 5Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Naru Meha.
6. 6When Naru Meha dies, Reincarnation triggers, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. 7Repeat from step 3.
