Steps

- Cast Seething Anger with buyback by paying due to Rowan's ability, targeting any creature.
- Sedgemoor Witch triggers, creating a 1/1 Pest creature token.
- Resolve Seething Anger, giving target creature +3/+0 until end of turn and returning Seething Anger to your hand.
- Activate Thermopod's second ability by sacrificing the Pest, adding .
- When the Pest dies, it triggers, causing you to gain 1 life.
- Repeat from step 2.
