Steps

1. 1Activate Charming Scoundrel by paying , blinking it.
2. 2When Charming Scoundrel enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
3. 3Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Charming Scoundrel.
4. 4Resolve the Charming Scoundrel trigger, creating two Treasure artifact tokens.
5. 5Activate the Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding .
