Steps

1. 1Cast Shivan Meteor by paying , dealing 13 damage to Tangled Colony.
2. 2Tangled Colony dies as a state-based action due to having less than 0 toughness.
3. 3Tangled Colony triggers, creating thirteen 1/1 Rat creature tokens.
4. 4Activate Phyrexian Altar eleven times by sacrificing eleven Rats, adding .
5. 5Activate Greenwarden of Murasa by paying , blinking it.
6. 6When Greenwarden of Murasa enters the battlefield, its first ability and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
7. 7Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Greenwarden of Murasa.
8. 8Resolve the Greenwarden of Murasa trigger, returning Tangled Colony to your hand from your graveyard.
9. 9Repeat from step 5 one additional time, returning Shivan Meteor to your hand using Greenwarden of Murasa instead.
10. 10Cast Tangled Colony by paying .
11. 11Repeat.
