Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost reduced by Rakdos.
When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, copying Avatar's Wrath targeting Rakdos.
Resolve Avatar's Wrath, airbending Naru Meha.
Holding priority, cast Naru Meha from exile by paying due to Rakdos.
Repeat from step 3.
