Steps

1. 1Activate Saheeli Rai's -2 loyalty ability, creating a token copy of Magda that is an artifact in addition to its other types.
2. 2Put the nontoken Magda into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
3. 3Activate Clock of Omens by tapping Clock of Omens and Magda, targeting Magda.
4. 4Magda triggers, creating a Treasure token.
5. 5Resolve the Clock of Omens ability, untapping Magda.
6. 6Activate Clock of Omens by tapping a Treasure token and Magda, targeting Magda.
7. 7Repeat from step 4 any number of times.
8. 8Activate Magda's last ability any number of times by sacrificing any number of Treasures.
