Steps

1. 1Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Rekindling Phoenix, adding .
2. 2When Rekindling Phoenix dies, it and Nim Deathmantle triggers.
3. 3Resolve the Rekindling Phoenix trigger, creating a 0/1 Elemental creature token.
4. 4Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Elemental, adding .
5. 5Resolve the Nim Deathmantle trigger from step 2, causing you to pay to return Rekindling Phoenix from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
6. 6Repeat.
