Steps

1. 1Cast Triumphant Reckoning by paying .
2. 2In response, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying .
3. 3Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, copying Triumphant Reckoning.
4. 4Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage, causing any player to mill two cards.
5. 5Resolve a copy of Triumphant Reckoning, returning all nonland permanent cards from your graveyard to the battlefield.
6. 6Repeat from step 3.
