Steps

1. 1Cast Jeska's Will by paying .
2. 2Extus triggers, returning either Dualcaster Mage or any other nonlegendary creature card from your graveyard to your hand.
3. 3Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying .
4. 4Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, targeting Jeska's Will.
5. 5Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Dualcaster Mage, adding .
6. 6Resolve the Dualcaster Mage trigger, creating a copy of Jeska's Will.
7. 7Extus triggers, returning Dualcaster Mage from your graveyard to your hand.
8. 8Resolve the copy of Jeska's Will, adding at least .
9. 9Repeat from step 3.
