Steps

2. 2Holding priority, activate Emiel by paying , blinking Dualcaster Mage.
3. 3Dualcaster Mage enters the battlefield, copying Jeska's Will.
4. 4Resolve the copy of Jeska's Will, adding at least .
5. 5Repeat from step 2.
