Steps

1. 1Cast Slip On the Ring by paying its mana cost.
2. 2Holding priority, cast Dualcaster Mage by paying its mana cost.
3. 3When Dualcaster Mage enters, it triggers, copying Slip On the Ring, with the copy targeting Dualcaster Mage.
4. 4Resolve the copy of Slip On the Ring, blinking Dualcaster Mage.
5. 5Repeat from step 3.
