Steps

1. 1Play Izzet Boilerworks.
2. 2When Izzet Boilerworks enters the battlefield, it, Zendikar's Roil, and Kodama of the East Tree trigger.
3. 3Resolve the Kodama of the East Tree trigger, choosing not to put anything from your hand onto the battlefield.
4. 4Resolve the Izzet Boilerworks trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
5. 5Resolve the Zendikar's Roil trigger, creating a token.
6. 6When the token enters the battlefield, Kodama triggers, putting Izzet Boilerworks from your hand onto the battlefield.
7. 7When Izzet Boilerworks enters the battlefield, it and Zendikar's Roil trigger.
8. 8Repeat from step 4.
