Steps

1. 1Cast Devoted Grafkeeper from your graveyard for its disturb cost by paying , causing it to enter the battlefield as Departed Soulkeeper.
2. 2Oketra's Monument triggers, creating a 1/1 Warrior creature token.
3. 3Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Warrior and Departed Soulkeeper, adding .
4. 4Departed Soulkeeper is not exiled due to Overwhelming Splendor removing its ability.
5. 5Repeat.
